Ginger is located in downtown Anchorage and offers a nice break from the often harsh, cold weather. I ate lunch here during my trip to Alaska. It was quiet (not much of a lunch crowd when we went), but the food was really good!
on my plate: Teriyaki Chicken & Kaluha Pork Bahn Mi – sesame pickled vegetables, cucumber salad, sweet thai aioli and toasted baguette
FOUR PRONG FORK REVIEW:
Service: Good. | Reservations: They take reservations, but when I went it was a nice, slow day. Reservations weren’t needed. | Parking: There was some street parking, but I walked from my hotel | Price: $$
– GOOD TO KNOW –
Be sure to try the Baked Sea Scallops “Mac & Cheese”. You can thank me by bringing me some leftovers.
