Rana is located in New York City in the conveniently located Chelsea Market. This area is one of my favorites to roam around while I am in the city. The historic buildings, brick streets and amazing shopping makes it a one stop shop. Something else to look forward to is the vast array of meal options. One of my favorites is Rana. Their pasta is made fresh every day in their Pasta Studio and between the food, the story behind the restaurant and the authentic interior design of the space, you won’t be disappointed!
on my plate: Linguine alle Vongole with white wine, parsley and garlic
FOUR PRONG FORK REVIEW:
Service: Great! | Reservations: Highly recommend it! This area is extremely popular with both tourist and locals. You don’t want to be caught waiting for a table. | Parking: It’s NYC. I hope you aren’t driving. Take a cab or walk. | Price: $$$
– GOOD TO KNOW –
Whether you go for brunch or dinner, try the pasta! It’s world class! And make time for a food tour at the Chelsea Market. If you are a foodie, like myself, you’ll enjoy the eclectic variety of wine, cheeses, food and spices that you’ll encounter. Well worth it. Come hungry.
